NatWealth Securities Limited (NWSL) was incorporated on 23rd June 2003, a public limited Liability Company. The company is registered for the purpose of carrying out business as a primary dealer in accordance with Registered Stock and Securities Ordinance and Local Treasury Bill Ordinance, and subject to the regulatory controls of the Central Bank of Sri Lanka (CBSL). NWCL has set up NWSL investing its own funds in 2004 with the total investment for share capital of this company is Rs. 300mn.
